What is your shipping policy?

We ship your SeanKarson order the next business day via the US Postal Service. Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 days within the continental USA. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 365-day return policy, no questions asked. You can use the pillowcase for up to 365 days, and if you aren't satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it within one year for a full refund. We will cover the return shipping costs to make the process as easy as possible for you.

What's included with the skin kit?

The skin kit is a 7 piece skin that includes the following

How does the subscription work?

You receive our entire 7 piece skin kit in your first order.

Then, on your renewal, we'll send you your selected count of single use towels each month!
