Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 1 to 3 business day to process your order. Expect an email within within 3 days to let you know your order is on the way!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 1-3 business days using the United States Postal Service. If a shipping fee is applied to the order, a flat rate shipping fee of $4.99 applies to orders shipping to the United States. 

Orders will arrive between 3 to 7 business days. A tracking number will be provided and will be sent to the user upon shipping completion. The tracking number will show when the order will arrive. 

We offer shipping discounts based on order volume, but shipping will not be more than $4.99. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 365 days after delivery in any condition. Please e-mail or call us within 365 days and we will send you a return shipping label to send the item back to us. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@seankarson.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
